Hi, my name is Megan and I am the owner of Upbeet Nutrition Services. I am a registered dietitian and I live in the Chicagoland area. I earned my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. I completed by Dietetic Internship and Master of Science (M.S.) degree at Loyola University Chicago. My passion has always been health and wellness and empowering others to meet their individual nutrition goals with a “no diet” approach. Life is complicated and eating well can sometimes feel like work. It’s my job to make things easier for you, including how to enjoy nutritious options without giving up your favorite foods.
